Ministers’ Schedule

We have upgraded to a web based ministry scheduling program, Ministry Schedule Pro. Please login and update your contact information and serving preferences. You will also be able to find substitutes, list dates that you are unavailable, receive email notifications and reminders and many other wonderful features.

We realize that with anything new, sometimes we can get a bit apprehensive. We encourage you to play around on the online web portal. We believe you will find it to be user friendly. There are tutorials available which will be put on the website very soon. The new minister schedules are available online and there are also letters in the sacristy for all ministers: Altar Servers, Eucharistic Ministers and Readers. Please pick up your letter in the sacristy which will provide you with the information needed so you can begin using the online portal.
