The successful candidate must have the ability to work well without supervision, handle multiple requests and prioritize them for both school and church, be a strong team member with the ability to work well with others, and have good communication skills. Candidate must have high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Background check and drug test are required.
Previous experience in maintenance is preferred, including working knowledge and ability to make minor repairs related to building and grounds maintenance in the areas of carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
Salary will depend on experience. Full benefits package is available for full-time employees. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
